I do Les Mills core and I have found these bands to be absolutely brilliant. Particularly for the Price as well definitely recommend

I found these bands to be the road to feeling fit when used in a fitness program and I use Will Harlow’s exercises for over 50’s because he is a chartered physiotherapist and the benefits of using these bands was evident within a couple of days. My only complaint is in one of the exercises a band broke, the end clip coming off a band but I was able to repair it.

Although I was using all 5 bands together for most exercises, I would have expected the plastic in the handles not too bend and split after a few months. I'm careul not to overstretch the bands themselves, so no damage to those so far, but it's tricky using these bands without one of the handles. I can still use the ankle straps as an alternative for multiple bands but they're not a great substitiute. For single band workouts, you can hold the band itself (the coloured rubber part). I think I'll try the "loop" bands. No handle to break.
