Poor quality control and connection issues with Mac Mini (Dont Buy)
Inaccurate Description: The product is not braided as stated in the listing. Hardware Issues: The first unit arrived with heavily corroded connectors. Functionality Failure: The replacement unit does not work as expected. When switching between HDMI (Windows Laptop) and DP sources (Mac Mini M2), the display fails to auto-detect. I am forced to manually unplug and re-insert the Type-C connector from the Mac Mini every time to get a picture.

its not working..and its not shown in the ad as
I ordered this cable expecting an original Capshi USB-C to DisplayPort 1.4, but what I received was fake. The cable was not braided as shown in the listing, and it didnโt work at all with my monitor and laptop. Completely useless product โ feels like a scam. I had to return it. Buyers beware!

Works as advertised
Cable works as intended. I am getting 4k at 144hz wothout any issue. But the seller should remove braided cable image because it is not braided. Apart from that it's good.

Not as described
While the cable works good, the description shoes a braided wire, but it's unbraided, a replacement is on the way currently have to check how it would be, good initial impressions

Do not buy it unless I come and change this here
The wire stopped working abruptly in a month. And there is no support whatsoever from amazon or anyone.

Good exterior build, but poor internal EMI shielding causes screen blanking
Physically, this cable looks great. The nylon braided exterior is durable, the connectors fit snugly, and when the electrical environment is perfectly quiet, it handles the display signal just fine. However, the internal electromagnetic (EMI) shielding is severely lacking. I was experiencing a frustrating issue where my monitor would go black for a couple of seconds and reset the connection every time someone rang the doorbell or twisted a ceiling fan regulator in my house. After running a diagnostic test (running my laptop entirely on battery power to rule out power-line surges), I confirmed the issue was airborne EMI. The switches from the doorbell and fan create a tiny electrical arc, which releases a burst of high-frequency noise. Because this Capshi cable lacks proper internal metal foil/braid shielding, the wire acts like an antenna, picks up that interference, and drops the delicate DisplayPort signal. Nylon braiding protects against physical damage, but it does absolutely nothing to block electrical noise. If you have a setup where your cables are exposed to standard household appliances and switches, this cable is going to cause display dropouts. If you are dealing with screen flickering when appliances turn on or off, it is likely this cable. Spend a bit more on a VESA-certified cable that uses proper internal shielding.

Works with my M1 Pro Macbook
Product arrived quick, and the cable worked perfectly with my M1 Macbook Pro. I was able to take advantage of my 2k 144Hz Samsung monitor. Thanks!

Doesn't work after few uses
The cable is nicely braided, 6ft is good length for my use-case, however, it stopped working after 2 days of use.

4k 60 hz all systems go
To whoever makes these thanks for producing something that works. I've used it for half a year zero issues which is more than i can say for a lot of other cables I've tried. I personally think these are better than the dock for monitors. Those always seem to cause issues and they cost a ton. I say buy two of these and do dual monitor and be done with it.

This is NOT Bi-Directional.
I bought it to connect my 3070's DP out to the USB C in on a monitor, as the monitor's DP input is dying and HDMI 2.0 Doesn't support high refresh rates. I'm not even going to bother testing this w/ my phone or Macbook's USB-C port in the other direction as I'm sure it works, but my monitor won't recognize its DP alt input with this cable. 5 star rating because the cable's well built, and no reason to think it doesn't work as advertised. Just wanted to make it explicit for anyone thinking the same thing as me. There are advertised bi-directional cables and adapters on the market, but the cost of the adapter is too much for me relative to just using an HDMI.
