Very reliable
Works really well, no problems at all I use on a daily basis on MS Teams meetings etc, I had a cordless headset before and it failed a few times.This one never failed on me

Great microphone for noisy office environments
Great headset for video calls - the microphone is crystal clear even when I'm in noisy environments. It works both via USB-A, USB-C and the 3.5mm port. Works well with my (lightning) iphone via a 3.5mm to lightning adapter. I was not expecting great output audio from the on-ear headphones, but they are actually really good, incl. for music with complex stereo mixes! No isolation from outside sound for listening.

Didnt last very long
bought two headsets for our office - they are used daily. However 1 headset has already stopped working, it started with difficulty to hear, calls being dropped ou,t and now doesn't work at all. We are using the 2nd set, but now having to look for alternative ones.

Great headset
Great headset with the choice of USB2 or C. The headband is also more conformable than the previous version. Very good sound on calls and for music.

Poor quality, durability and expensive - Not worth it
The headphones have failed after just 2.5 months of use. The right earpiece no longer works, and the microphone is unreliable. They’ve only been used for working from home, so this level of quality is unacceptable.

There appears to be a fault with the plugto the controls as I often have to unplug and replug to get sound. It seems like a contact fault.
