I bought the larger tablet, unfortunately it was too large to fit anywhere we'll for the people I bought it for. I did set it up earlier, and hooked up the app. It was very simple and fast to upload photos (huge selling point for me). In short I started a return because the gift didn't work, then home I looked at it again and kept it for myself ;). Its a well made and functioning product. Highly recommend it.

I love this frame, it looks so sleek and is extremely easy to set up. I bought this for my grandmother so I could send photos to her digital frame, since she’s always asking for pictures of her great grandchildren. The size is nice on a dresser- it’s almost like a 5x7 frame that has been matted. The accompanying app for your phone is user friendly, you can select a bunch of photos at a time for upload. It’s extremely quick to upload photos and you can invite other family members to join as well so they can add photos to the frame. There’s an option to fill the frame with photos as well and you can move the picture to fit the size of the frame. The colors are fantastic, display is crystal clear. The frames brightness is perfect. This looks like it will be a reliable and easy way to send photos to family. This frame compares to pricier versions, but for a fraction of the price point. I got this one on a lightening deal and have been very pleased with this purchase. Not sure if there’s a way to add and additional SD card for more memory but I will update later if I’m successful! Grab this frame while it’s on sale- it would make an excellent gift for a parent or grandparent and you can always update their photos!

So this frame worked great for the first 4 months, then suddenly stopped working. I contacted customer support and they were helpful with trying to troubleshoot the issue. Then when it was determined that the issue couldn’t be resolved, they sent me a return slip for the defunct frame and sent a new one. But when the frame was working, it was super easy to use. The picture quality was great, easy to upload pictures and the app was great too.

I love this frame! Photos and videos look great and what I like the most is that the app is free and has also a good performance level. It is easy to navigate and gives you the opportunity to upload many photos at once. My neighbor saw mine and immediately bought one for her. I'm extremely satisfied!

I love how easy it is to upload pictures to this frame. Perfect way to have my family with me while I’m at work. The size is nice, quality of the frame is good, clarity of my pictures is great. The timer was easy to set, it displays my photos during my work hours. I have received many compliments.

It's perfect! It gets your pictures off your phone. We all have pictures on our phones that we never do anything with. This digital frame changes that. I've also gone through old photo albums and took screenshots of those pictures and added them to the frame. Now, I can enjoy pictures of last week's trip up north, along with pictures of my great grandmother, all in the same place. I've also given these frames as gifts. I'm not very tech savvy, so it's helpful how easy this frame is to use.

Remote Administration is Difficult when you initially setup the frame you invite yourself and say your spouse. Both have smartphones and download the Uhale app. Then through that app you can upload pics, I don't recommend, I prefer sharing through my gallery. Because there is less risk of selecting ranges of photos, as happens in the Uhale interface. Then you can only manage YOUR photos on the frame through the History tab. You can't manage all the pictures uploaded by anyone, not just yourself. You MUST go to the Frame to manage the picture on it. This makes management difficult when you have hung the frame on the wall, have set it on a shelf or some place not easily accessible. The whole purpose of wireless connectivity is to provide the access to the frame. Other than this frustrating point the frame does operate nicely for its size and screen quality.

Easy to use. I bought a different brand as a gift and highly recommend this one instead. The app used to send photos to the frame is free to use making it a perfect gift. The quality is great. I've been sending ridiculous pictures to my mother for 6 months now with no issues. It's a great size. And the video playback is as expected. Not much volume if you're trying to send an annoying video though.

Even after shutting down,When power goes and is restored this photo frame by its own automatically switches on. Quite irritating in the nights when you have uploaded Videos with Audio
