I run a LOT of community meetings and most are "hybrid" where we have in-person attendees and remote folks. I had struggled finding the best combination of microphones, speakers, etc, to enable the remote users the ability to HEAR everything going on AND be able to ask their own questions. Yes - there are MANY products that address this and the good ones can be very, very expensive. I took a chance to this product, expecting that it would at best be a "mediocre" solution but upon testing it I was BLOWN AWAY! It was very easy to setup and connect (almost TOO easy!!) and the quality of the audio is truly outstanding. The remote lavalier microphones work AMAZINGLY well and enable the remote attendees to hear as if they were sitting right in the room. Bottom line: you could spend much, much more but you'd be wasting your money. THIS product is truly an outstanding buy a the price - it provides easy connectivity, EXCELLENT audio quality with extremely sensitive microphones. A nice touch is the charging cable that charges all 10 mics through one USB connection.

This is used for a large group where some members are unable to attend in person. We use Teams, and spread these microphones around the room. The speaker is loud enough for all to hear the comments from those online participants, and as long as a person who is speaking picks up the microphone, the online participants can hear them clearly. My group can have up to 50 in the room, so it takes some discipline to ensure they use the microphone.

I work remotely and require a lot of conference calling and this little gadget is perfect for that. It’s nice and compact and very easy to set up. Using this device is very comfortable, convenient and the sound is nice and clear and crisp. Everyone that I've spoken to on this thing, has confirmed that they could hear me just fine and there aren’t any issues with the microphone or connectivity. This device has a very nice range and works flawlessly as far as I can tell. Visually, it is very sleek and elegant and looks very professional. Overall, this is a very well made and good quality gadget that does exactly what it’s supposed to and does it all very well. I am very pleased with this purchase.

When we got the item the box looked worse for wear. Like it had been already returned. But we pressed forward and used it once and it worked great. Next time we pulled it out about a week later the "USB phone" drivers would not install. Went through extensive troubleshooting and apparently the drivers would not come down from the speaker. Even on a different computer.

This type of product is very popular because most people buy it for meetings and calls, but I bought it for a different reason: I use voice dictation a lot on my PC. I also take a few calls occasionally, and the sound is very clear in both directions. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase, as it helps me a lot with my daily tasks.

When it works, it is amazing. Lots of microphones to help spread around a large room. It doesn’t always connect and the mics will become garbled or difficult for those on the phone to hear. I’m doing a 3 based on price and inconsistency of it working. If it was consistent it would be a 5/5.

Great product, great price

The sound is clear and people say my voice comes across crystal clear when it’s working Key note: WHEN it is working. I do have to unplug and re plug it in quite often as the mic will just not pick anything up randomly. But unplugging seems to do the trick. Just annoying.
