It was simple to assemble. The instructions were really well made. I assembled this with my wife and it took 30 mins. The materials are really sturdy and really high quality for the price. Really happy with the purchase.

Es un soporte bastante sólido para entrenar en casa. Se nota resistente y estable, incluso con bastante peso, así que da confianza al hacer sentadillas o press. Además, al ser ajustable, puedes adaptarlo bien a tu altura y a distintos ejercicios. El montaje lleva un poco de tiempo y espacio, pero una vez montado queda firme. No es un rack profesional de gimnasio, pero para uso doméstico cumple muy bien. En general, muy buena opción si quieres montar un mini gimnasio en casa sin gastar demasiado.

It's a great squat rack, mainly because of the safety bars and overall quality. The height should be one hole higher(I'm 1.82m). At the highest position, there is no protection at the back, when the bar is set back in place on the rack after squatting.

Took me a while to leave a review. The squat rack is soooooo good, since im about 5'3 ft and I typically use low bar, the height is great for me and at first, I thought the width is small but surprisingly it is wide enough for me. So before you buy, make sure to check the dimensions and all. Assembling the rack is not really hard and the needed tools are also included in the box. Très bonne cage a squat, DC. Je recommande vivement pour les petits budgets et si on a pas trop de place. Après plusieurs mois avec j'en suis toujours aussi content. J'ai mis des barres à 125 kg et ça ne bouge pas. Juste un petit bémol pour les concepteurs et pour une prochaine version : faire un peu plus la hauteur pour les supports a squat, je mesure 1m85 et avec 5 cm de plus ça serai parfait. Néanmoins avec un peu d'utilisation on prend l'habitude et ça ne gêne en rien. Je recommande 👍

Ho cercato a lungo un rack che mi permettesse di fare sia squat in sicurezza che panca piana/inclinata. Ho scelto questa perché aveva un indice di carico veramente elevato rispetto a molti altri e per le dimensioni ridotte, una volta finito l'assemblaggio l'ho provato un po e ho tratto alcune conclusioni positive ed altre meno. PRO: l'imballaggio è incredibilmente fatto bene, con prodotti pesanti che hanno parecchi pezzi in ferro c'è sempre il rischio che qualcosa arrivi ammaccata ma in questo articolo ho trovato dei perni in acciaio che fungevano da spessore per evitare cedimenti in punti critici, parecchio pluriball a protezione delle componenti e tutte rigorosamente fascettate affinché nulla potesse muoversi. Sono presenti dei ricambi per dei tappi in plastica che vanno nella parte superiore dei ritti, cosa che non era menzionata nella vendita ed ho particolarmente apprezzato (ed anche utilizzato) I perni di sicurezza ed anche il supporto del bilanciere sui ritti sono ad inserimento rapido (come mostrato in video), e rende molto rapida e veloce la regolazione per passare da un esercizio all'altro. I perni dei ritti hanno anche una coppiglia che assicura l'impossibilità di uscire dalla propria sede. CONTRO: Non mi fa impazzire il fatto che i supporti del bilanciere siano alti pochi centimetri e avrei gradito fossero più alti per non doversi preoccupare troppo quando si riappoggia il bilanciere ( era già stato segnalato in un'altra recensione quindi ero già consapevole di questa mancanza) Ho notato invece che essendo un po più compatto di altri rack, facendo panca inclinata devo fare un minimo di attenzione a posizionare perfettamente al centro la panca altrimenti durante l'affondo c'è il rischio di toccare i supporti di sicurezza con il gomito anche se messi al minimo (è sufficiente rimuoverli proprio durante questo esercizio) Nel complesso mi ha dato da subito tantissima fiducia e il fatto che sia così compatto per me è un must e sinceramente non me la sento di dargli meno di 5 stelle.
