Good book but POOR sender.
I was disappointed that although I knew the book was going to be second hand it still said that it was in very good conduction. The person who sent it couldn't be bothered to give the book a wipe down. It came with what looked like food and dirt on it.

I love the details contained in this book. I buy copies for young judoka's at my dojo who are ready to begin weight training as it helps them understand both movement, exercises, and what those activities are working in their bodies.

This is a great book for trying to see what muscles each exercise will activate and strengthen. The pictures are amazing! I am using this book to help guide my workouts as I choose which areas I need to focus on most. It is very helpful, definitely recommend!

Great illustrations using the male anatomy. Very clear and easy to understand the exercise and the muscles worked.

Bought the book hoping for results. I was not disappointed. Easy to follow with great illustrations. Did not waste my money. I have recommended to several of my friend that are also seeing early positive results.

The illustrations are great and the explanations of the moves are well done. It is especially nice that all of the illustrations are with males; this was a selling point for me because females have a slightly different anatomy, and all the competing books on the market have large sections with the female muscular structure. He does put a few of the traditional exercises in different categories. For instance, shrugs are usually grouped with the shoulders, but he places them with the back. Sometimes so many muscles are named that it gets slightly confusing. Great book.
