Can I use them against the wall for my shoulder/neck area?

Hi Jax, The Smooth Ball (Silicone) is best for use against a wall. If you wish to use the Trigger Ball against a wall please place it inside a sock to avoid the possibility of any markings. Placing the ball inside a sock also allows better control of the positioning and movement of the ball. please refer to the User Guide included with your set for further details. How hard is the spiky ball?

I weigh about 18 stone, I can't say I have put my full weight on it but I can't say I have have felt any sign of it giving way as I use it. I wouldn't worry. It is really hard.

Is the porcupine ball hard? I've heard firm massage balls are more effective.
