When it first arrived we had a small issue with one of the legs (a small splotch of ink on it). I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful. They sent us a replacement, free of charge. The table was really easy to put together, but you do need to make sure you have two people. I have had this table for about a month.It is a solid table and looks very nice. The one I have is 10ft and I like the fact it only has 2 "legs" so that people are always hitting their feet on it. I also like it because I can use my Cubii under the table elliptical without hitting my legs. (Ok, so that's not a common use for a conference table but I like it.)I had it set up professionally so I cannot speak to how easy it was but they only took 30 minutes and they did not swear while doing it, so I assume it wasn't that bad.Pros:- Large, strong, looks good, solid feeling- I have dropped some metal objects on it and have not scratched it (very nice)- The legs don't get in my way... at least not how I am using it.- Good conference table, would recommend this to a friend.Cons:- None that I can think of.Thoughts: It is pretty heavy and you might want to consider having someone move it into your office and set it up. I had it delivered to my house, the people came by and picked it up, brought it to my office, and setup it.
