It takes a little effort, not a bunch of effort, just a little, to get the screws in. That's what makes it so solid. And it adds to the greatness of the table. It is blue. It was a little expensive, but I'd rather pay a little more for something that is going to last. I definitely get the feeling this is going to be with me the rest of my life. Unless I lose it. Which seems unlikely. Beyond that, there's not a lot to say, given that it is a type of furniture that everyone is familiar with. Do pay attention to the size. I guess that's obvious. It's not like you are randomly picking out furniture. I wonder how that would work out? Poorly is my immediate guess. I mention size because it is short.
