Perfect Companion for CPU rethermals.
I've used ArtiClean for years when performing rethermals on CPUs and GPUs alike. Very straightforward to use and is able to completely clean the previous application of thermal paste, even when the paste has completely dried up and is hard stuck to the heat sink. Due to the strength of the ArctiClean 1, you don't need to apply much at all. For the tougher applications of thermal paste, you'll need to leave it to set for a couple of minutes as it emulsifies the paste, but definitely gets the job done. The price can be seen a little steep for how much you get, but it does last for several uses.

This cleaner is better than ipa.
Pleasantly surprised. Really just figured this was some ipa being marketed as something special. The instructions are printed on the bottle as they just come in a bubble envelope. Step 1 quickly starts to break down the thermal paste and has a citrus smell. After about a minute just wipe off with a towel until clean and dry. Step to you apply and just wipe away until dry. It leaves a nice clean area to work with. Noticeably cleaner than that of ipa and a q-tip.
