I've many binders BUT THIS IS THE BEST! Quality inside and outside. Beautiful large gold rings (matches exterior corner gold caps) aesthetics with pleasant subtle classy design on the front. I particularly love the sturdiness of the boards which result in a solid foundation to write on instead of bendable real/faux leathers and vinyls that have soft platforms that don't help you as you write. This binder, as you write,= it's as if you have a supporting "Mini Desk" underneath.
