Really liking this brand and the quality. Last multi vitamin the dose was 4 per day. This is just one per day. Pills are very easy to swallow. There is no after taste.

These Solgar vitamins contain high quality ingredients. I'm not using them for pre-natal, but I need a higher quality multivitamin due to malapsortion issues. This multivitamin contains forms of nutrients that are readily absorbed like methylcobalamin, methylfolate, iron bisglycinate (this form of iron reduces nausea), and magnesium citrate (which is also important for people using antacids or PPIs). The methylated vitamins are important for people with MTHFR. I get nauseous easily from some vitamins, and burp up the awful taste, but that hasn't been an issue for me since switching to this brand. The pills are a regular capsule size and easy to swallow. Another plus for me is that the bottle is amber glass instead of plastic, so the attention to detail and quality is high with this brand. They are a better bang for the buck than the last brand I used. I will be re-odering! You will need a separate calcium and DEA/Omega-3 supplement if those are important to you. It's best to take your calcium separate from your multivitamin anyway, since it can impair the absorption of some multivitamin nutrients.

Been taking these for 3 months and they’re decent vitamins

I used to use solgars other women’s multi-vitamin that was huge and had a smell. Once these came available, I was happy to see their shape and size were much more pleasant than the prior. And they don’t smell. I still feel great taking these after transitioning to the new formula

I typically take the GNC Women's Multivitamin that has caffeine in it, but I thought I would try these out since they are a trusted brand and I wanted to move away from the caffeine in the vitamin since I have been drinking coffee in the mornings... These are easy to swallow for me. They are capsules and on the larger end, but again, easy enough for me. Amounts of the different vitamins is significantly lower than I was taking. It is still a good one a day vitamin, but you will need to be mindful, especially if you are recommended by your doctor to have certain amounts of specific vitamins.

Took magnifying glass to nutrition label and stunned that each tablet provides 100% of one's daily recommendation for vitamin and minerals. Was able to forgo the numerous other bottles I put out every morning. Shared info with 3 sister and husband. All purchased and now swear by. Well done Solgar.
