Came with a garden hose adapter that wouldn’t stay connected when fully seated, the second the hose turned on it would pop off. Entirely made of cheap plastic, don’t go with this company they either make crappy consumer products or they don’t care to actually invest in good quality control

Upon delivery, after waiting 3 weeks, we are missing the 10 M4x16mm screws for assembly, so called 800# and hope for quick delivery [nope, at least 3 more weeks per their email]. Impatient, we bought #8x3/4" screws. Instruction booklet assembly info not as clear as it could be with small b/w photos, but Youtube videos helped a little; & I figured out where to put the stretchy accessory retainer mesh. Pressure washer yellow plastic quick connect hose input fitting had to be tightened down very firmly on the threaded inlet, which is scary when dealing with plastics, to stop water leakage spraying out. And the black plastic part of the quick connect adapter had to be similarly tightened very firmly onto the 3/4 hose male threads to avoid spraying of leaking water. Not impressed with water pressure produced with the unit (specs say 1550psi, 1900max, but this site also shows [email protected]) for cleaning soil stained concrete pavers, but this was without trying any soaps. That will be the next attempt. The "kink free" hose used to the pressure gun is a bit stiff and retains its curl too much. I like the very long (50ft?) electrical cord however. Purchased the enclosed spinner accessory to retain the spray, but the soil stained pavers still remain the same. Noise is not too intense and unit is completely off/quiet when not spraying.

‘Non kinking’ pressure hose was kinked upon opening, is very stiff and retains its coiled memory. The bayonets are lightweight plastic, feel like toys, the ‘chisel’ tip is more like a daffodil. The chisel tip was broken/ malfunctioning the second time I used it. You cannot change tips (except for the two wands included) to suit different purposes. I was disappointed in this Karcher product. The motor may be good but the rest was not up to speed. I am returning it, painintheassitis, and looking at an AR. My last AR lasted 9 years flawlessly.

Not worth the money at all. The hose that connects to the gun body keeps popping off under pressure. The clips are cheap and need constant replacement — definitely not what you’d expect for this price.

trash don't buy it. One of the two water nozzles developed cracks after just a minute. Cheap plastic. I won't be buying a Kärcher product again.

Within six weeks product failed and safety switch would not reset. Service center named in Doylestown refused to service it because it was not purchased from them. I have left messages with Karcher to get some answers but still waiting as its the weekend. PS when it was working it was not as powerful as previous power washers Ive used. I would not purchase it again.

Yen productos me llegó completo y funciona al 100% lo recomiendo tiene buena potencia
