The contents of the tablets contain the necessary minerals for myself. This is a potent Testosterone booster and one tablet is take daily in the evening. This is the ONLY affordable product that contains the overlooked Boron element. The tablets themselves are quite large, in fact the largest tablets that i take. Sometimes i do struggle to swallow whole with a glass of water.

Good tablets, all good ingredients, I was just not realising that you have to take 3 a day and they are quite big, so I ended up forgetting to take the other 2, and bought some 1 a day ones.

I had a car accident a few years ago which left my back in some bother. After a while I noticed my back started to click when going from sitting to standing, but since taking two of these tablets per day it doesn't happen.

My 2nd bottle purchased and wow what a difference these have made!! Firstly I take three over the course of the evening/before bed and they help me sleep very well and secondly my nails for the first time are solid and strong as rocks!! Obviously was lacking in these vitamins! Feeling much better generally too :))

I dowsed that I should take these for my nails but that it would take some months for them to improve. Whether this is what these tablets are generally meant for I don't know, so this could have been a personal remedy. I find any tablet difficult to swallow so sometimes I mash them up with a pestle and mortar. I always find Solgar to be a very reputable company.
