Do all four wheels swivel ??

You do NOT want all 4 wheels to swivel. That creates a very unstable platform and would be dangerous for many. If you are going down ramps, etc. You must be able to lock or brake the rear wheels for stability. I own this model and love it. I am 90 years old and speak from experience. Yes, a 4 wheel walkwr is more maneuverable in tight spaces, so it all depends on the terrain.

How much does this walker weight?

The walker is about 15 pounds. If you mean the weight of the person using it, she's about 140 pounds.

Does it navigate easily on carpeting with pad that is very thick.

Yes. This rollator was highly recommended to me by an experienced physical therapist because it allows the user to navigate otherwise difficult surfaces with relative ease and safety.

I have no problems at all with the seat. I would believe it could hold 250 pounds very easy. I am not sure after that as the weight distributed to the wheels may come into play. I have 2 rollators and this is the better of the 2. Always make sure you buy the biggest wheels as it is easier to move.
