Made stem plants grow insane!
Does what is says on the bottle. Made stem plants and moss grow to uncontrollable proportions. So had to reduce dosage from recommended.

Says shrimp safe
I bought this product to use in an 112l tank that is heavily planted. I have 15 guppies in the tank as well as some shrimp(or had). I wanted to give the plants a boost so they would grow in a little bit quicker and get rid of any excess macronutrients that could promote algae growth. my research led me to believe that a little bit of extra CO2 would speed up this process. I used the product as described in the instructions calculating that my tank has about 100l to account for substrate and plants taking up space. I applied the product in the morning so that there would be maximum time for photosynthesising and not cause problems in the tank. The plants have loved it and have started a visible change in new shoots and promoted growth, however, the cherry shrimp population has sharply declined. It has gone from 60+ to 4 at the last count. all of the red yellow and orange buddies that I had been breeding gone over night. I assume that in certain conditions this product is shrimp safe however, my experience does not fall in agreement. It has been a costly set back to my fish keeping experience. As a side note my parameters for water have been stable throughout only a small spike of ammonia after the en mass death of the shrimp. the fish where all fine. I hope this helps the next one looking to buy something like this.

Falsely advertised received 132 grams not 600 grams
Item description is 600 grams and treating 220 litres of water. Item received was 132 grams and treats 100 litres of water for 100 days. I contacted the seller, they claimed they have no control over how Amazon lists the item. The seller tried to reason their way out of refunding the item and then relented and gave me a full refund.
