A water heater failing within days is not a “minor issue” — it clearly shows poor manufacturing quality and zero reliability. What’s even worse is the pathetic customer support. I raised a complaint immediately, but there was no timely response, no proper follow-up, and no real effort to fix the problem. You’re basically left on your own after spending your money. Let’s be clear: A basic appliance should last years, not days If it fails this quickly, it’s a defective product, not bad luck If customer care can’t respond on time, the brand cannot be trusted This is not just disappointing — it’s frustrating and unacceptable. Buying this product means you’re taking a risk with both your money and your time. Final Verdict: Avoid this product at all costs. Poor quality + useless customer service = worst purchase decision.

Works well. The chord is 1.5 meters. long and looks good. The heater seems well-made and functions as promised. No neon or LED indicator, but the 16A molded plug also is of good quality.
