Good product
All I can say is yumm the amount you use for the amount you pay for is worth it. It’s packed with flavor and easy to use. The smell is very delicious the texture is soft not chunky. I recommend it as I use it for baking.

Yummy! Bought this freeze dried raspberry powder to flavor the cream cheese in my stuffed French toast. It was perfect because I did not want to add any additional moisture so I could retain the integrity of the cream cheese. The flavor is wonderful.

Nice flavor. I like that it’s so portable. It mixes up easily without the need for a blender (I used a whisk). Raw strawberries don’t agree with me, but this powder plus sweetener is fun when on the move with work or travel. Now the cons. The price point might be an obstacle depending on what the vendor can do (promotions, etc). I can make my own from a competitors freeze dried strawberries for about half price per oz (*labor) so it evens out. If u have time, space, equipment and patience for the meticulous cleanup then DIY. But for on the go this seems like a good choice. I recommend.

Don’t buy this raspberry product
This stuff is awful. It is bitter and does nothing to add raspberry flavor to whipped cream or custard. All six of us that tasted it thought it tasted fake and old.
