The price was very affordable. Capsules are small and easy to swallow. Decent quality without all of the undesirable inactive ingredients or fillers. Seems to work well as my levels are increasing.

I have been taking this supplement from Peak for many years and although I don't "feel" a difference, all of my bloodwork shows the level of Vitamin D that it optimal for my age and as a woman. It does not upset my stomach at all and I have never had an issue with the quality of the product. For reference I get bloodwork done several times a year to manage my overall health as a peri-menopausal woman. I take 1-2 pills each day depending on what time of year it is and how much sun I am getting throughout the day. I highly recommend this product and trust that I am getting the levels advertised based on results from testing on my end.

My labs came back and it showed that I was vitamin D deficient. I started taking this product and now my levels are normal. Clean ingredients. One tiny pill a day that's super easy to swallow. No smell. A VERY faint taste of black pepper. No stomach upset/irritation. Effective and Great value for money. I do recommend!

Never do anything unless you have educated yourself. I'm a dietician. so, be careful! Having said that, dawg is helped with allergies and gunky eyes. Still, be careful! I am a dietician trained by professors. So, get expert advice, please! Now, once the issue is resolved, stop using the supplements, please!

Best way I know to get D3 and all the K's, in a tiny capsule.

First off always make sure you go to the doctor and get a Vitamin D level count before taking any medication for it. I went to the doctor and told mine was low so I went online and researched different Vitamins and I like what Peak Performance Advanced Vitamin D 500 + all three typed of Vitamin K had to offer. I am not gonna list all the ingredients here you can go in their site and see that. What I can tell you is that I like that the capsules are small and easy to swallow, they do have very good ingredients from what I have read and where they have 5000 IU and the 3 types of Vitamin K my body can absorb it much better and all I need is to take one instead of 4 and 5 during the day. I have had no upset stomach or any side affects with all the other medicines I take. I also love the fact that this product donates money to help children who have Vitamin deficiencies to be able to receive the vitamins that their bodies need. They do this from my understanding with all their products.
