Purchased a junction box with a 7-way connector. I could not get the sequential signals to work because the left signal and left brake were on the same post and right signal and right brake light were on the same post. So there was no way to run the signal wire on the lights without them illuminating when I would apply my brakes. What I ended up doing was running an independent wire from my left trailer light to my left turn signal on my truck and repeated this process on the right side. I used quick disconnects at the tongue and zip tied the wires to my 7-way plug. That way, I can easily connect/disconnect the additional turn signal wires when I'm hooking up my trailer and plugging in my normal 7-way harness. Super bright!
