Great trampoline, love the springless features
This is such a fun trampoline, assembly took a little longer than regular springs however we are very happy with the results. It is quiet when the kids are jumping on it, it appears to be really durable, love the future such as the zip-off net. My kids insure me that it bounces higher than the traditional trampolines with the springs! Great value for the money

The trampoline adapted revolutionary new elastic bongie cord design which enhance the safety a lot.
I recently purchased the 12-foot trampoline, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This trampoline has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. First and foremost, the revolution elastic bongie cord is much safer with a safe design in mind. The build quality is outstanding. It feels well-constructed, which is essential for safety and durability. Assembly was surprisingly straightforward thanks to clear instructions, and it didn't take too long to set up. The 12-foot size is perfect for our backyard. It provides ample space for jumping and having fun without feeling cramped. The safety enclosure is a fantastic feature, ensuring that my family and friends can enjoy bouncing without worrying about accidents. The bounce on this trampoline is fantastic. It's responsive and provides a good amount of bounces, making it enjoyable for both kids and adults. The materials used seem durable and capable of withstanding years of use. Overall, I highly recommend the 12-foot trampoline to anyone looking for a high-quality, safe, and fun addition to our backyard. It's been a source of endless entertainment for my family, and I'm confident it will be for yours too!

Do not trust this brand
If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought this trampoline because I thought for the price and claims/5 year warrenty it would be a quality product. Upon arrival and opening box there were scratches on some of the poles. We followed directions of set up and once completed, the trampoline frame would fold in like a taco, as some of the other reviewers mentioned. We did not "test" or use product due to this, as we thought it was unstable and unsafe for our kids at that point. We tried to work with the brand/seller to fix issues and take their suggestions on supposedly where we went wrong. We took the whole thinf completely down and redid following instructions to the T along w their advice on where we were in error. Same exact thing happened. Since we do not believe it is safe and cannot get it to properly set up we requested refund. The shipping label was issued no problem. Due to the Amazon warning about it being in unused condition when returned I reached out to the seller first, because every pole that you have to combine (which is a ton) get scratched up just by fitting them together, so it is no longer in perfect condition by default. The seller said they would send me replacement parts, I guess this is their "warrenty", but they would have to send an entire new frame and I had no confidence that the result would be any different than the faulty set up that already occurred. If we chose to return it they said they would take 15-50% of the money we spent on trampoline ($650ish) for a restocking fee. I was not happy to pay $100-325 just to return a defective item and have absolutely nothing to show for it. I reached out to Amazon and they assured me all would be good since the seller was not really giving me good/fair options, they opened an a to z claim. But at this time they have just repeated "the seller issued you a return label, follow instructions" making no sense to address the actual issues I'm having w the PRODUCT itself. Or the fact that if i return it they could keep up to half the money i spent on the product, even though we were unable to use the product what so ever. Then they closed my claim when I replied with this opinion. So at this point I'm stuck w a $650ish defective, unsafe, and unusable trampoline. I would definitely buy from a different brand if you're looking for a safe and easy to set up trampoline. * update: the a to z guarantee was worthless, they just kept running me in circles asking me to provide info, I would, they'd say they denied it for a reason I had already given them proof of and then when I would explain that, they'd just ask me to supply information again, and then deny it again for same invalid reason. It was mostly just ai generic responses, when I would chat w an agent they would promise to help, but then the same generic AI process would all begin again

A great investment for my kid.
This skybound I got the 8 ft because I put it my son's room is awesome it was so great not to have to mess with springs the bundy straps are way better it's way easier it took half the time to set up it's just all around way better My kid jumps higher the safety net is way safer it's just all around a great product way worth the time and the money. I would definitely recommend going bungee straps like this and the money as well worth it.

Terrible instructions, solid product
The assembly process is frustrating but the outcome is well worth the effort. The trampoline is solid, safe, and very presentable. While the instructions are in correct English they are occasionally wrong and almost always incomplete. For starters, one of the frame members featuring a loop of yellow tape is supposed to match up with a spot on the platform featuring a corresponding loop of yellow tape -- which is missing. A call to the customer service number listed on the instruction manual went to voicemail and was never answered. It turns out that there is no need whatsoever for ensuring a match, as the platform's 60 attachment points are all the same. The most egregious time waster happens when attaching the skirt to the frame. The instructions are utterly useless. My attached video attempts to set the record straight. If you follow these instructions, you'll complete this step in about 5 minutes. A QR code linking to a short YouTube video by the company would have helped condense a 2 hour assembly into about 45 minutes. The rubber bungees that are substituted for springs are an especially excellent feature of this trampoline. The metal and fiberglass members are thick and strong, frame welds sturdy, and the powder coated finish uniform.
