Préparer les makis
Kit pratique, deux cuillères en bambou, une place et large pour mélanger le riz, peut être remplacée par une grande cuillère, pour nous occidentaux, ça fait l'affaire, et une plus petite cuillère, bien pratique pour étaler le riz sur la natte de nori. Deux nattes sont livrées dans ce kit, une simple en bambou, bonne dimension, convient très bien, puis une seconde avec un côté plus lisse, sans doute pour faire des makis californian, le côté lisse devant servir à rouler directement le riz sans nori, mais non testée. Ceci dit, pour les makis avec feuille de nori, une simple natte en bambou doit suffire, en tous les cas pour mon modeste et médiocre niveau de préparation des makis.

Bisher alles super
Ich habe das Set erst ein paar mal verwendet, von daher kann ich noch nichts über die Langlebigkeit sagen, aber bisher funktioniert es einwandfrei und ist auch soweit stabil. Für den Preis kann man natürlich auch keinen absoluten Luxus erwarten, aber es erfüllt seine Zwecke gut und ich konnte schon sehr leckeres Sushi damit zaubern. Gerade auch die Löffel finde ich persönlich ziemlich praktisch, damit der Reis nicht überall klebt. Ich persönlich mag die feinere Matte lieber und hätte lieber noch eine feine, als die etwas gröbere (wobei die auch gut funktioniert - kommt vielleicht auch sehr darauf an, was man machen will).
