Can this be mounted on the wall or does it need to stay at an incline?

It needs to maintain the angle that it has when used normally for the pucks to fall correctly. So if wall mounting it, you couldn't mount it flat to the wall. Hope this helps. Thanks for your interest.

What size pucks can we use?would like to purchase poker chips for an event and need the appropriate dimensions

This comes with 10 dropping pucks sized; 25mm x 5mm (approximately 1.0" x 0.2"). I believe most standard poker chips are larger than this so unfortunately I suspect they will not be compatible with the board.

We did not receive the dropping pucks?

I was sent out additional pucks because the other original ones were getting stuck.
