Ive been using the WUUK Camera doorbell for 2 months now and its been nothing short of amazing. Its got 2K Video which is super crisp & clear. The App for the WUUK door bell is super intuitive & highly customisable to your liking and it has various modes to choose from as well as being able to mark the exact spots you want it to keep a look out on and you can eliminate the spots that are irrelevant. The speaker is crystal clear and picks up any noise in its vicinity whether it be voices, or the rustling of leaves on the big tree at the front of my house you hear it clearly, its that good 😀, birds chirping even people passing by on the foot path chatting from 10 meters away its brilliant and also brilliant to have conversation with Delivery Drivers or Family & Friends at the door. I did have a small issue with the 1st door bell and contacted WUUK Customer Service and they were BRILLIANT, responded immediatley to my email within less than 24 hours and super helpful to me, infact they sent me out a replacement door bell at no cost which was super nice of them and kept intouch with me from the moment they shipped it notifying me of the tracking number until i received it and after, and since i got the new bell its worked perfectly fine so an A++ for customer service. Infact they have since checked in on me to make sure i have been satified with the replacement bell, I cannot commend them enough for how helpful they have been to me. In the box you get the door bell, a sim like injector tool to remove it from its mount ( to stop theft ) with dismount alert meaning if someone was trying to tamper with the door bell a loud siren goes off. 2 bracket mounts one normal front on mount and one angled mount which both have super strong 3M tape attached to them plus all the installment accessories inc hard wires for an existing wired door bell you may have had ( ideal for 100% charge at all times ). Ive stuck the door bell directly on my Bricks with the 3M tape and its held strong and doesnt move at all. You also get the Base Station which plugs straight into your router's ethernet port and set up is super easy and it connects fast and best of all is very stable. You can also connect other camera's ( up to 8 ) to the one base station which is awesome. The base station has 32GB of internal storgae so this means it will record video and events and you can watch them over and over from the app and it doesnt cost you a cent in subscriptions which is fantastic. You can record in segments of 10 seconds up to 30 seconds and once the storgae gets full it just wipes and re-records or you can delete as you go keeping storage always available to you. It has triple motion detection and is compatible with Alexa so you can also see who is at the door from your Show 5 or 8 and above which is brilliant. It has smart motion detection and informs me immediatley when it senses detection whether im home or away from home and that has worked a treat each and every time and you can still communicate with the perosn at the door even if your not home. The Door Bell's battery is supposed to last 6 months from one charge BUT i have ALLOT of motion & detection happening daily with kids going in and out so the battery has so far lasted the whole 2 months from 1st charge and its still on 23% so due for a charge soon. If you dont have so much activity happening as i do im sure you will get months out of the door bell battery wise. This bell has been so so good it even detects passer by's from 10 meters away. Its video quality is also super clear and sharp and you can see the person from head to toe. The camera video quality settings range from 720P to 2K or you can have it set on Auto to save battery and it will decide what to do, taking lighting into account. As you can see from my snap shots this camera works clear as day in quality and night Vision is B&W but also super sharp and great quality. If i have the front light on of a night time the vision will be in colour so i may get a solar light to place next to the camera so my night vison will always be in colour i have to play around with this thought. I can rave on and on about how good this product is, how GREAT the App & how excellent the Customer Servie is but i will be here all day. I will deffinately be getting add on camera's 100%. This door bell is as good as they come and best of all for EVERYTHING your getting and EVERYTHING it does including the App you could not ask for a better Video Door Bell imho without having to pay a cent in monthly subscription. I think my photos speak for themselves in how good this system is. Ive got other video door bells that dont even do 1/4 of what the WUUK door bell does if i do not pay a subscription of $50 a month, so im my books WUUK is the winner every day of the week. Im certain if you choose this door bell you will not be dissapointed, you get your moneys worth and more. I cannot wait to get my add on camera's. Without a doubt 1000% Highly Recommended 😀👌⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🔔

Got this IP camera due to its long lasting battery life. After a week of using, it hasn't gone down 1%. Pairing mode was easy and setup on the phone was quick. Can't recommend this enough to those who does not want any wires dangling from the camera.

I am writing this review after 2 years of extensive use.. Seeing an impressive performance I bought one add-on last year.. Very intuitive and easy to use Security Camera and I feel it is still one of the best available on the market. Recently one of the cameras was leaking battery. I contacted customer support. The response was very prompt and I got all the help with troubleshooting.. WUUK team was firmly standing behind their product and ready to walk the extra mile to resolve the issue, if any. They were even ready to replace the product for free even though the warranty had expired a year before. Overall great product, competitive price and great value for home security. I will be buying a few more in the near future and highly recommend after seeing great performance and their excellent customer support..

The camera has only been installed for about a month. I compared a lot of different smart doorbells and read a lot of reviews and settled with the Wuuk after also receiving some word of mouth accounts of it being used. Biggest feature for me is no subscriptions for recording motion or accessing videos online. Setup took only a few minutes but be sure to follow the instructions closely to setup the base station and the doorbell. You can either setup base station either wired to your router or wireless. The doorbell can be installed using your existing doorbell wiring or wireless as well. I setup both the base station and doorbell wireless at first (just using it inside the house) to make sure it's working. I left the base station as a wireless connection and then installed the doorbell outside using the existing doorbell wiring and using the supplied wiring accessories for easier installation. Depending on where your original doorbell or where you'd like to place the new doorbell, it comes with a flat and angled backplate to attach the doorbell to. Video quality both day and night are pretty good and the microphone is fine enough to hear who's at the door. It's not meant to have marathon conversations. It's a doorbell, not a professional cinematic camera so don't expect an IMAX Dolby Surround experience. If your street is well lit you may not even need to use night mode. You can setup specific detection zones and adjust the sensitivity. The smart detection and notifications are good if you live on a busy street and don't want to be notified every time a car drives by. As a test, I had it detecting everything at high sensitivity and to send notification for everything and the battery started draining after a few days. Leaving it at the default settings, the battery charged back to 100%. Other people might have different experiences but at this rate I may never need to remove the doorbell to charge it via USB cable if the battery drains too much. Sharing the camera feed with family members is possible. Maybe I haven't researched it enough but right now the only way to do that is to install the app on other devices and logon using my main account. Anyone logged onto the app can go to the settings and change them. That's not ideal if I only want family member to see and interact with the doorbell and restrict access to making any changes. Only glitch so far is that the camera feed was going blank (grey to be exact) but was resolved after rebooting the router and base station. Probably not a doorbell issue but rebooting both devices seemed to fix the problem so I'm not too concerned. My only real concern is after reading many reviews that the camera lens or covers has become foggy for some users after several months of use. Most seemed to have similar environments where the temperatures range from hot to very cold seasons. Living in such a location myself I'm worried the same will happen to my doorbell. The comforting news is that those who had the issue that contacted Wuuk support were either offered a refund or replacement. Hopefully it doesn't come to that. In conclusion, so far so good and I'd recommend this product.

The world is all moving to a subscription-based model and these smart doorbells are no different. They lure you in with low prices and lots of features but then cut you off after the trail period has ended unless you pay up. I came across this doorbell in a YTube review and was sold. I did run into 2 issues but was resolved. The hardwire mounting screws were missing from the back of the doorbell and the USB charging port was not at the bottom of the doorbell. I reached out to support and they replied within a day. They said they would be happy to give me a $6 credit if I grabbed the screws locally (the size is M3×5MM by the way). Also, they said the moved the charging port to the rear under the rubber power on button but have not updated the paperwork in the package. Anyways, I took the doorbell to the hardware store prior to them replying and found the screws needed. After that installation was a breeze to setup and did a quick firmware update on the doorbell and base unit. It took about 3 days for the doorbell to fully charge connected directly to the doorbell's hard-wire connection but I like that is it was slow because the risk of over-charging is low. It was about 70% capacity from the factory. If you are using battery only, the Wuuk USB charger will be very fast. Also, the doorbell doesn't even need AC power to function so it nice to have this back-up feature. Other doorbells typically require you to buy a bigger doorbell transformer because the internal battery is just too small to handle the power draw. Not Wuuk, the doorbell is bigger than most but that's to support the much bigger battery. Once mounted, the size is not an issue. The doorbell chime is loud and customizable, video quality is awesome and you can even pinch zoom in. The ability to record 30 sec video with motion automatically and while you are viewing live footage beats out the competition. Taking a photo is easy from the app too. Pay once and be done with ongoing charges that will end up costing you more in the end! Funny name but better than the big names out there with robust features and no subscription requirements.
