This case is very beautiful and feels nice in the hand! I was hesitant due to others mentioning hard to press buttons but I found that the buttons are not difficult to press, while the buttons are certainly stiff compared to other cases but not too hard not to be able to press or to cause discomfort! I also enjoy that it doesn't add too much bulk to my phone!

Probably the nicest looking and feeling phone case that I've ever had. Knocked it out of the park on that front. Love the styling, even after more than a year sometimes I'll set my phone face-down on a table and just think like, "Wow, that really does look good." Feels great in hand too. After more than a year though, the ageing is... iffy. Issues were already arising after like six months, I should mention, not a year, but now that it's been over a year, they're all the more obvious. Around the charging port the layers of the fake leather are stretching out and delaminating, which looks bad, looks cheap, and feels bad too. It's just a matter of time until real damage starts accumulating there. Similar delamination is starting to happen around the camera bump, which is even more concerning because it's an area that doesn't get touched a lot but is somehow aging poorly anyway? I've also dropped my phone twice since getting it and while the case HAS protected the phone, both drops (which were small, waist-height drops) resulted in permanent gouged damage to the case, showing down to lower layers of the construction. I know that vegan leather is part of the brand's aesthetic but I know for a fact that REAL leather would not be getting damaged nearly this much by such minor drops, it would just be getting character rather than starting to flake apart. I'm happy with this case, no doubt, but to be totally frank, I probably will not buy another unless they switch to real leather or formulate some new more durable alternative.

Great looking case but the leather started coming off the edge.

Look and feel: pretty and elegant, premium feel, build quality is very good. Protection: didn’t test dropping but from the thickness and build quality, would believe it brings good protection. Issues: the buttons are much harder to be pressed. As comparison, it is easy and natural to register a button click on my iPhone 12 mini + Apple leather case. With this case, I have to press hard with fingertip and it hurts after doing so for a while. I am a native union fan and I trusted their product. Before I purchase the case, I read the reviews and saw the button click issue but in the hope that these are rare issues and I might be lucky. I would NOT recommend this case, esp for those who use volume button a lot - e.g someone like me who uses them to turn pages in reading apps. Will have to return this case and hopefully Native Union will have a V2.

I am really picky about phone cases. This case is deluxe and well made. It feels carefully crafted and has a nice hand feel and grip to it. It snaps on easily and as for any problems that others had with buttons, I had no problems at all. It’s a little pricey but worth it!

Bought this case bc of positive past experience with the brand. Upon opening it I realized it quite thick, more than I expected. However, the color, texture and overall look are quite unique and nice so I kept it. Things that should be improved in my POV: 1) The first thing I noticed was that the thickness made my phone charging matt unhappy. I had to be quite specific as to where and how to place it in order to charge; which didn't happen with other cases. 2) The cover started peeling within two months. The nice, yellow layer got a bubble, then ripped, then started peeing back. Same thing happened around the charging port opening. It's quite disappointing since I've never dropped my phone. Those two factors are enough for me to give it only 2 stars... as for the price I expected better durability and design.

Well designed case, I have been a bunch of reviews talking negatively about the magnet, but in my experience it has been pretty sturdy and the case is an all around really good case!
