This case was chosen to protect some in-ear noise cancelling earbuds and the charging case; it is small enough to be convenient to travel with and I love that it is structured on one side for additional protection. I know that these cases are good protection from rain, and also wash really well. I just got a Sony W350 and it fits perfectly. This is definitely a bag for small cameras. It goes in your pocket. The front of the bag is hard. Getting your camera in and out of the bag is not ideal. This will only carry your camera. Do not buy if you want to carry any extra accessory not even a memory card. At least it was cheap.You might love it, but I really don't have the time it would take to build up the ninja skills it would require to get a camera in and out of this case! This is the closest thing I've ever seen to spanx for a camera!This might be alright for a tiny camera... Really tiny. A camera about the size of a stack of credit cards I think would be ideal - I'm guessing that 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 7/8" would be about max dimensions - a Kodak Easyshare M340 looks like it could be the right dimensions for this case.Unfortunately, that still doesn't fix the obvious design issues with the top.Empty, the dimensions are about 4 1/4" x 3" x 1/2" but the camera will only go into the compartment before the flip top by about 3" and you have to flip it all the way open, shove the camera in there and then shove the top back over it. Showed it to my teenagers (they know everything) and they agreed that there are some serious design issues.We tried to fit my husband's camera in it (I'll update later with dimensions if I think about it, he has the camera right now, and it is not big by any means. I'll get quite the laugh if it turns out to be the M340). Once it was in there, the flip-top wouldn't even close, and my husband couldn't get the camera out because his hands are big and he couldn't get a good grip on it.I also believe the whole idea behind a flip top was missed because, to me, "flip top" screams easy access (one of my reasons for the choosing this case), but it took me 15+ seconds to wedge my husband's small camera into the case and that much more time plus some to get it back out.Front is more of a hard / stiff case with a little give to it. Back is stretchy (neoprene? probably in the desc) and it will stretch out a ways, so you can get a camera of the right dimensions to fit. It's just super hard to get it in there right, get it to close (maybe), and then get it back out again. I almost flung the camera across the dining room pulling it out.Just a note, I actually bought this as a stocking stuffer, but not for a camera case. I thought this would be good sized for a contact travel case (to hold a contact lenses case and a small bottle of contact solution, but size was sort of an issue on that as well because I couldn't get the flip top to stay closed with anything in it. I was also testing it out for different things since returning it would cost me about the same as eating the cost... I hate for it to go to waste. It fits an iPod width wise, but is too short. My android hangs out the top by a good couple inches. I'm considering re-purposing it for charging cords or something along that line.
