This was perfect for my shoulder. 30 seconds in the microwave and the heat lasts for quite a while. I did not measure exactly how long the heat lasts but it was a nice long time for only 30 seconds in the microwave

Works well put my one in a bowl of tap hot water for 5,mins put ibrofen gel on my shoulder put heat pud in shoulder strap works very well every night the pad helps with easing the pain for up to 4hrs .

Takes up no room, so lives in the freezer for when it's needed. Really helps with the aches an pains of getting too old to have fun without paying for it the next day!

In pain. Probably ordered when injured already… otherwise you would have one. Good item with effective results for soothing, calming and cooling inflammation and injury. Strap to help hold against in place. Should be 10% of the price when not injured and 200% when you are…. So ok balance probably fair.
