It really comes with the fishing wire holes? i purchased one and it didnt came with the whole to fish cables at the end of the bit

The one I received does have the wire fishing hole at the bit end.

how long is this drill tip to tip?

It is 54" long tip to tip. The auger part of the drill is 4" long. It works well for me.

I need to drill something about 5 feet away (horizontal). Is this sturdy enough or will it sag?

It is very sturdy… the shaft about 3/16” diameter made of steel however mine is 55” long not 5 foot
