I bought this for my Significant Other because he has had back, hip, and knee pains while sleeping on his side. The pillow goes in-between his legs, and from the first night using it, he could absolutely tell a difference in the way his body is laying, which is comfortable and ergonomically corrected by the pillow. It provides support that a regular pillow can't provide because this pillow keeps shape, and firmness while he sleeps. He is waking up with little to no pain because of it. It really is a great pillow, comfortable, has that strap that keeps it in place while he sleeps, so he doesn't lose it when turning. And takes pressure off his back, hips, and knees all while keeping shape all night long. I am also happy with the removable cover, that I can just throw in the washer. If you are a side sleeper like he is, it is worth the money.

購入してから１年が経ちレビュー遅くなりました。これまでの感想です オススメの使い方とは違うと思いますが・・※体型痩せ型で太腿に隙間ができます※ 仰向けに寝る時、太腿の隙間に挟んで寝ると、脚が安定して良いです。 脚が安定すると、腰も安定、反り腰の為、膝を立てる癖もありますが、大丈夫です。膝下に三角クッションを使う時ありますが、その時の身体の状態で使い方を工夫しています。私には、とても役に立っています(^^)

Confortable, Efficace

I was not sure how I'd go with this knee pillow but it's been very helpful. Occasionally like last night I sleep without it and the difference the next day is very obvious. I can feel the familiar rotation in my left hip has returned which causes some discomfort. It takes some getting used to but the benefits are there.
