Works great with Raspberry Pi 5.
I use one of these to connect to a power source and then a Raspberry Pi 5 as part of a permanent installation in my boat. The wire gauge is enough to supply the power I need without getting hot, and the 90 degree bend is great for reaching the Pi in the small enclosure it sits in.

Convert Mini-USB to USB-C with ease (for dash cam)
Up until a few years ago, most dash cams used 'Mini-USB' connections to power themselves, but lately it seems the 'USB-C' has taken over. I have 4 Mini-USB hardwire kits for cameras but I need a USB-C. Why spend $20-30 on a new kit? Bought these open wire ends, cut the Mini-USB, spliced and reconnected these. Easily and cheaply convert Mini-USB to USB-C dash cam hardwire kits.

Worked fine for me!
Used this to power a couple of Raspberry Pi 4 computers from an existing power supply. I crimped both cables into a pair of fork terminals since the wire is pretty fine. Length was perfect. Seems to be fairly well made, though I've not done any real stress tests on it. Having the right angle was great for the pi. Do wish I could have gotten a pack of 5 or 10.

Das Kabel war ein guter Ersatz zum kaputten original nur das die Kabel etwas dünner waren als die originale.

Worked perfect for wiring my insta360 on my motorcycle with a 12v->5v adapter.

I bought this cable to replace my cooling pad cable. I plugged it into my laptop, measured no voltage. I plugged it into a USB-C power adapter, again no voltage. It naively connects to the power pins on the plug, which makes it incompatible with any modern USB-C port. To get 5V, you have to put 5.1k resistors on the CC1 and CC2 lines, which this product doesn't do, so it's just useless garbage. Had it not been for that, for example if you have a "dumb" adapter, this would be great quality. But it simply doesn't work with any USB-PD or computer USB-C port.

The quality of the cable is so poor that will not turn on my GPS because the voltage drop is so high
