I really liked this tea infuser at first — the design is very convenient. The metal basket sits perfectly in the cup because of the two side handles, so it doesn’t tilt or fall in. It’s also great that it comes with a dedicated lid that fits tightly, making it easy to brew loose tea right in the cup without looking for anything to cover it with. However, after just one month of use, the ring with the handles detached from the basket while I was brewing tea. Once the handles broke off, the infuser became unusable. It’s a shame because the idea and design are good, but the quality didn’t hold up — one month is a very short lifespan for a product like this.

It was good till it lasted. but all it took 1 month and it is dissembled. I have to buy a new one now.

Works very well. Nicely made with multiple micro spot welds on the seam - the cheap ones only have three welds and are weaker. The size is generous but not too big (I found the oxo good grip one too big for medium cups). And the tea tastes much better with loose leaves! Highly recommended.

I purchased this infuser to help make herbal hair teas and spritzes, and it works perfectly for my needs. Amazing for herbal tea, easy to use and easy to clean. Fits regular and larger mugs, could even be used with a small teapot! The capacity for loose tea/herbs is big so it would brew a large amount of water no problem. The lid is also very convenient and helps the tea steep faster
