Great computer. I expanded storage by adding two internal drives. Have experienced wireless keyboard and mouse lags. Same devices used on previous computer worked just fine. Not sure exactly why. I have checked connections and possible outside electrical interfence. Not that far apart 3ft? Decided to switch to wired on both. Much happier. Tried different wireless mice and keyboard combinations which I didn't like. Lag seemed better but layout and button functions just not for me. Decided to go wired with both devices and much happier. No lag!

This computer is fast. No boot up on start menu. Picture is crystal clear. Plenty of options with 2 Hdmi ports. For the price and and all the specs. Would by again. Customers service was also excellent. Buy it, won't be disappointed.

Exactly what I expected since I had one previously and it was just fine

So far so good. It’s fast for my needs which are pretty simple personal tasks and streaming.

All my desktop computers and laptops are Acer brand. We have been very satisfied with all products!

It's a good computer. It was easy to set up and get started.

I received this computer with ports that didn't work. After working with Acer IT for hours, we came to a diagnosis. It is a hardware defect. The computer arrived just a few days ago. Replacement right? No. Ship to Texas for repairs. Gone to take a while to get back to me. WHAT AM I TO WORK ON? This is probably not the norm but what the hell.

Doesn't matter what I set controls at the cpu shuts off every night. It's set not to shut down, not to sleep.

This is a very nice computer .. BUT .. If you think you msay want more of features on this computer .., then I suggest you look at the progressions of this computer ...

Purchased this computer on Oct 25, 2025 and today it’s broken! We turned it on and it makes a screaming sound, smells of electrical smolder. From day one this computer has been a disaster. The information on the ad says the processer speed is 4.6E+3 MHz. It’s NOT!! It is only 2.5MHz. It was supposed to have Windows 11 Pro installed and I later found out it was Windows 11 Home. Delivery was made on a weekend and left outside. Our instructions say no deliveries on weekends. Had I not noticed it was delivered, it could have been stolen, and possible left outside to get rained on rain for where it was left. We were told about the delivery 3 days later. Now today it seems it is broken beyond repair. I do not recommend this computer or the seller!!

I assume that the seller has filled the drives with freeware - all garbage. I spent $400 taking this item to so called professionals to remove the free ware/spy ware - and they reomoved some, but no one can remove this Mcafee garbage. I approached the seller, and they sent me instructions on an umbrella: clearly, the seller is not concerned: I even paid Microsoft to install a new OS, and it can't remove mcafee garbage. DO NOT purchase from this company - they don't care about the purchaser: they don't care.
