Good replacement with one caveat
This assembly was identical to the one I replaced. The old one still worked, but made weird noises and took a while to fully shut off, probably due to scale build-up on internal surfaces. The height of the unit is adjustable to accommodate many different Toto toilets. The instructions contain a table that lists the height setting for each model. If I had used the setting listed for mine, the water level would have been much too low. I ignored the table and set the height to match that of the old unit, and that worked fine. Build quality is good, and the new unit should last a decade or more. Don't be afraid to use a different height setting than instructed if your situation so dictates.

Good product, errors in the installation instructions.
The valve works fine and the price is reasonable. The installation is straightforward, with several helpful videos on YouTube. However, the installation instructions are wrong in explaining how far you have to move the stem for each specific Toto model. Ignore this part and make sure it matches your water level. The videos show it very clearly. I did not trusted the videos first and followed the instructions to the letter, and had to reinstall it again, now following the expected water level.

High build quality, easy install
Valve is easy to install and works exceptionally well. Unlike some of the cheaper brands, it seats well, doesn’t leak, and works!

Easy to Install & Adjust
Used this universal Toto Replacement for my Toto toilet. Straight forward instructions provided. Took less than 5 minutes from draining the tank to test flush. Strongly suggest ordering a replacement valve-to-tank hose when ordering any replacement tank valve assembly. The hose ‘tank end gasket’ has failed (i.e. leaked), and the hose needed to be replaced as well. The cheap tank-end gasket always seems to dry out and fails to properly seal. Never had a problem at the wall valve end.
