I have been reordering this product on a regular basis. The taste is remarkably like honey and is great in tea or on a bagel. No sugar spike as verified by a CGM. Will continue to purchase.

Tastes like real honey without the sugar

Purchased as I wanted something like honey and sugar free. This seems to have fit the bill. THE GOOD: Delivered next day on time. Opened it immediately to give it a taste. I was pleasantly surprised. It is thick and gooey and sticky just like real honey. It pours and sticks to a spoon like the real stuff. The color is a little lighter than most honey, but no big deal. It has a lighter smell than real honey but does give you that honey smell. Now for the taste, "Fantastic", sweet with a definite honey flavor but on the light side. Loved it. I immediately made some Orange Pekoe Tea and used a tablespoon in a 8oz cup of the tea. It is a little more sweet than regular honey so I didn't have to use as much as normal honey. It was great! So, so far so good. I havt used it in cooking yet. THE BAD: Well, my only concern, these are tiny bottles. The photos and such on Amazon are a little deceptive. The bottles appear much larger on the Amazon site. Each bottle is only 11oz so you get a total of 2 bottles for a total of 22oz, so all things considered, still not a bad deal for the cost considering the taste, ease of purchase and overnight delivery. If it does well in cooking, I will be ordering more. I may also check out the sugar free Maple Syrup. This was the reason for the 4 rating was due to the size of the bottles. THE UGLY: Absolutely nothing ugly to report.

Love the sugar free honey . I use it as my sweetener for everything. Only problem it’s a little expensive. It has a slight honey taste which I like and no aftertaste. If I’m mixing it in something cold I add it to some warm water to dissolve if not it just sticks to the spoon if you don’t.

Taste so much like real honey! A great substitute. I use it in my granola and recipes that call for honey. It's also great on cornbread.
