Question 1

I need to make decorations ahead of time and fly about 5 hours. Do you think this will melt or hold up if I put them in air tight container?

Accepted Answer

The further ahead you make them, the harder they will get and have a better chance of standing up to travel. That said, this is still chocolate and if you won’t have temp control to be sure it isn’t exposed to excessive heat, it will melt or become misshapen. I have traveled with toppers with no issue but I made them well in advance, packaged them well, then put them in a cooler with dry ice. They arrived in perfect shape and it was a 5 hour flight so they were packed for over 8 hours.

Question 2

Can you roll out the modeling chocolate and if so how thin? And can you cut it with cookie cutters or a knife?

Accepted Answer

Yes!! It’s great to panel cakes on its own or mixed with fondant. I’ve rolled it thinner than 1/8”
And it’s a great match with sugar cookies, you can roll, cut with a knife or cookie cutter, or even in a silicone mold if you want more texture. It’s a delicious combo as the cookie will taste like a cookie dipped in whites chocolate.

Question 3

Since the color is ivory, I would guess the flavor is white chocolate instead of milk chocolate. Can anyone confirm the flavor? Thank you.

Accepted Answer

The flavor is absolutely white chocolate! It has natural vanilla flavor as well. So yummy!

Question 4

Is this peanut and tree nut free?

Accepted Answer

It is! There are no peanuts or tree nuts in the ingredients. However, we caution anyone with an allergy as the product is made in a facility that could process peanuts or tree nuts.
