Besides of the great work gathering all the recipes putting them together there are some flows. First is the price. The company shipping the book is pastrychefbotique.com. On their website the book costs 69.99 and the rest $20 are for shipping. That totals for 89.99. I have only one slight suggestion to chef Bachour, total respect for him. In the future books please add more time and pages to details like size of the dough need to be stretch, just more “secrets” and tips. I have a feeling that the recipes work because I have a pastry background I know how to make it even it is not mentioned in the recipe. And last still don’t understand making the book bilingual. For them is better to make one book to sell it. For me is unnecessary to carry 2 books in one. I was completely honest. All the recipes are great. Respect for chef Bachour.
