The sound quality and fit of this type c earphone is good according to its price. It works seamlessly in my smartphone and laptop by plugging it in the type C port. Recommended to those looking for an affordable type C earphone.

I bought this earphone and stopped working in 20 days and as per Amazon policy we need to connect directly to brand/seller so I write an email to the team and they are asking the same proof again and again - "Could you kindly share an authentic video clearly demonstrating the issue with the product? Please ensure that the Amazon Basics logo is visible on the product during the video. This is mandatory for our assessment." I have shared this video and asked them how can I create a video if one side of earphone is not working and they assist me over an call but the team is really bad and provide poor services. They are only copy and pasting the same mail without providing the solution. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM AMAZON THEM BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC 😡 THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY SOLUTION IN CASE OF ANY ISSUE

Ear phone stopped working within 1 month time without any physical damage, customer service not working only I will work till IVT, line will disconnect while connecting to customer care executive. Requested for replacement thru email, have to see response. Will update once I get update. Update : Replacement request is honoured, I got full refund within few days of sending mail. Thanks for quick response.

The sound quality of earphones is just awesome, best type c earphones in this price segment, go for it blindly.

Seems like good quality.... just that price can be more pocket friendly

After use of 2 week my honest opinion is as follows.. 1) Don't buy this Product at this Price range. 2) Not fit for ear, no clip for tag like other earphones gives 3) Sound Quality is below 👇 average, built quality is also low. 4) It is even not fit into laptop into C type jack 5) There is no return policy.. if there would be then surely I had returned it.. Don't don't by it at ₹499/- range it deserves price range of ₹150 to ₹200/- only ..

This product purchase on 31st May 2024. I didn't check properly warranty period its my fault. Any product related to headphones category have minimum 6 month to 1 year warranty. But here only 90 days warranty. After purchasing first 30 days Headphones C part cover open..I think headphones is working so use it...but from 1 month product not connected and error show USB connect to unauthorized device. I think Amazon basis product was Good but here product quality was poor. Don't purchase this device not up to the mark and not recommend value for money.

Excelentes audífonos - manos libres. Amazon Basic cuenta con buenos productos y éste es uno de ellos, los audífonos tienen buen volumen y claridad. El micrófono para llamadas funciona muy bien, no le pide nada a otras marcas. El cable es grueso y el material resistente. Son una muy buena opción y si los encuentran en descuento, aprovechen, no se van a arrepentir.

El producto está bien, para un usuario común como yo suena muy bien y están bonitos aunque me hubiera gustado el modelo en negro y una mejor presentación pues viene en una caja café con un encintado de Amazonbasics.

I bought these for about $4.00, and these are some of the best sounding headphones I've ever owned. They have an inline mic, so I can use it on my PS4 for online gaming, or on my phone for calls. They're very comfortable and fit nicely in my ears. They come with extra ear buds (I don't know what those rubber ear cups are called), in case you have small or large ear holes. The construction feels sturdy, and some of it is made with metal. Most headphones I buy feel like they're made from cheap plastic. There's a clip so you can anchor it to your collar/lapel/jacket and not worry about yanking the cord every time you turn your head. I like it. The audio is quite good. I listened to music on my smartphone and plugged them into my PS4 controller for gaming, and they sounded rich and full on everything. Compared to every pair of ear buds I've owned, these are easily in the top three for sound. Most headphones I've bought for under $20 sound like you're wearing soup cans over your ears. Even more expensive headphones felt cheap with all plastic parts. At $4, these are literally the cheapest headphones I've ever bought, and they're top notch in every respect. The only thing I'm waiting to see is how long they last. I'll update this review if I have anything to report, but for now I'm giving these 5 stars and I'm highly recommending them.

Shocked. I plugged these into my phone and the sound quality was equal if not better to the $20-$30 buds ice bought on Amazon. I only needed a couple seconds to cone to this conclusion. But only for stars because when I pulled the Jack from the port on my phone, the metal sleeve slipped of the Jack and slid down the wire. So I had to grab the wire right behind the Jack stem to remove the Jack from the phone. I imagine the connection would suffer quickly after a short time removing the Jack this way. I think a touch of super glue will keep that metal sleeve in place and for the quality to price ratio of these buds, that would be worth it. I'm hard on earbuds so I go through them quickly. $5 a pop? I think I'll order5 more. That's if the super glue solves the issue. Hers an update to my review. Rather than using super glue, I just used a wire cutter and made a small crimp on the sleeve.it worked.
