VERY poorly built. I’ve had two because my first one broke and they sent me a new one and the same part broke again. The little port for the plug has to be treated so gently when you plug it in and still when you go to unplug it the port will POP OUT and there’s nothing you can do to fix it. Not worth wasting any of your money on. It will break after only a couple of uses. One Star only because I have to. If I could, I would give negative stars because it has caused me such a headache.

The connection where the cord plugs in is very flimsy. I don’t think this is going to last very long.Also, the light control is very finicky. Sometimes it cycles through the light levels and turns off and sometimes I spend 5 minutes trying to get it to adjust.I bought this because it had a pretty low price because I didn’t know if I would like using it. I do like having the light pad but when this one dies or I get sick of it, I’ll be spending a bit more money for quality.
