I love the product it works so good for my hair which is so curly me ends get nappy . I highly recommend this especially if you live in Florida !!Back to customer service via Amazon but I don’t know what’s happening with the quality of service from Amazon .. I have ordered with you guys for some many years. You can verify .The order came with out the cap . You may think it’s nothing but during deliveries everything get thrown and squashed - it’s a waste of my money and time no body wants that ? . In the past year out of the thirty somewhat years I never had a problem.!!IThe last problem I reported was a percent scent perfume that literally broke during the delivery - someone had to see the box Leaking and there was glass everywhere ! The liquid evaporated by then - it is made with alcohol . I called and I was told as a one time courtesy I get it refunded .. it made me feel like I was trying to make it up ? No one wants to be treated like a liar -I was so looking forward to my items

Two stars off for Amazon packaging. This product its self is great. My beef is with the packaging. It arrived without a lid and product had squirted out during shipping. There was also no packing material to keep the can from bouncing around in the box. Sorry for having to put this in a product review, but doesn't have a way to rate their shipping and packing performance for this product.

The best best best for curly hair. Ive tried so many on my daughters hair. Nothing has held her curls as good. Even through the night.
