Made me go from 5’6 - 6’ I love these they make me so tall but after wearing them all day they do make your back hurt like your wearing high heels all day. Also if you use certain sneakers your whole heel will be out of the shoe lol

I’ve worn these several times, and each time it severely hurts the bottom of my feet in the heel. I have another set that doesn’t do this, but these are pretty unstable, and it’s easy to Rock side to side as the material is extremely flexible. It seems pretty sturdy So I don’t feel like I’m sliding off exactly; however, it hurts way too much to wear.

I put Velcro on the back and use them as a wedge for my concealed pistol holster. It works great. I should patent this.

I found these pads very narrow and as such there’s a slide from left to right whilst wearing them. There is about a 2cm gap each side of them and the inside of my shoe upper. I don’t have large or wide feet I’m a size 9.5UK and 5ft 9” height.
