Not happy. There was a faulty new part and it cost me my moter. Tensioner bent my valves.

Only the timing belt cause I needed it for a twin cam

The case of the water pump was hitting the engine block so that the bolt holes wouldn't line up. I compared it to the old pump and found that it was a lot thicker in the area where it was hitting than it should have been. I ended up grinding it down so that the bolt holes would line up. If you look at the pictures, you can see the mark where it was hitting and then how it was ground to fit. If I wasn't pressed for time, I would have returned it.

Timing belt doesn’t had the timing marks on belt like every other one that is for sale and tensioner had no pressure what a waste of money and time

I should have done more research, it is for the non turbo ej series. The water pump and belt do not work with the turbo engines. But all of the bearings and other pieces fit just fine and seem like good quality.

The bosses on the water pump that the retaining bolts pass through are not correctly aligned and you will not get it to bolt up unless you try to force the bolts in. Either the holes are not aligned or they are drilled too small to allow for proper fitting. I’m reusing my original pump because I don’t have time to wait for a replacement. I only hope the pulleys, tensioner and belt will be ok. Never go the cheapest route. I should have known better. I’ve done over 20 Subaru water pumps so I’m not new to the task.

Great kit!! Came with everything

The belt tensioner failed and caused catastrophic damage to he engine. It was installed by a professional automotive shop and on the test drive the tensioner dropped which caused a complete failure. I do not recommend buying this product.

Everything in this kit fits perfectly in my Subaru Forester. Good quality and right measurements. Delivery right on time .
