Defective product and customer service.

Issues with staples sticking
I personally had issues with the staples sticking and was also hard to adjust. Would have been nice if they would have included a variety of staple sizes instead of just one size.

The quality seems good however the staples after stapling something seem to stick, I must push down on the papers after stapling to unstick.
