**Q: can these be cut and stiched to make a pillow**
A: Yes, but it would not be very good idea. These are not stretchy and it would not be very fluffy.

**Q: Are these fiberglass sheets coated with teflon?**
A: The fibers appear to be coated but the sheet isn't a solid surface coat. I bought it thinking it might be like that name brand craft sheet that you can work inks on, but it's not that type of product. It is more like a pressing sheet for ironing and heat presses. It's good at what it does but if you're looking for a craft sheet for glue and inks, this isn't it.

**Q: How many times can I use them?**
A: I’ve used one sheet at least 100 times for pressing T-shirts. I threw that one away only because I noticed that the sheet was beginning to thin & looked worn. I’m not sure if there is a set limit of use, though. I hope this helps.
