Under 20 for 60 softgels that are clean isn't bad for this fish oil formula.. the recommended dose is 2 daily, of course you can adjust based on your daily omega 3 fatty acid needs- I like to hit 3 grams daily, but it's a month supply at their recommended dosage. The capsules are bovine gelatin based and go down easily. Didn't notice any fish burps. This company has some other better products, not sure this is their standout formula- seems like re-inventing the wheel. The fish oil is sustainably sourced, but you don't know the contaminat levels- so I'd choose a brand of fish oil with better transparancy on heavy metals and contaminants like IFOS or GOED certified.

No really significant taste or odor, I’ve had no gastrointestinal side effects. Overall I’m happy with these even at the slightly premium price.

The jar was properly sealed. The product is fresh: expiration is 04/2026. Softgels are easy to swallow with water. Contains 300mg EPA and 200mg DHA per one softgel. The product is not entirely burpless; there is some not strong but sensible fishy aftertaste. Price-wise, per gram of Omega3, there are premium burpless products available at substantially lower prices. The product is manufactured in the USA. However, I don't see any indication on the jar or product information page that the product is made in a GMP facility and tested by a third-party lab.

Unfortunately, with supplements like this it is difficult to grade the supplement on any objective scale. I didn't have any adverse effects while taking this. The taste is fine. The size is good for ingestion. As for how potent these fish oil pills are, hard to say....
