My torch cannot be ignited after being inflated, but can be ignited after flipping it over. Is this normal?

Dear customer, it is normal for this situation to occur, possibly due to insufficient gas inflation. After flipping, the gas flows to the upper end, allowing sufficient gas to ignite. You can try adding more butane gas. Please inflate in a well ventilated environment and allow the torch to stand for 2 minutes before igniting.Have a nice day.

I used lighter for 3 time and it does not work. I am sure you will say you have fill gas and I did it. How can I get it fixed Bad product. Money gone down the drain

This cocktail smoker makes you feel like a professional mixologist! It's easy to use and so much fun to create a smoky drink!! My all-time favorite wood chip flavor is cherry wood. Cherry wood is the perfect pairing for an Old Fashioned!!! When making more than one smoked cocktail I quickly turn the smoked rocks glass upside down to lock in the smoke and then smoke the next glass etc. This is my second purchase of a cocktail smoker and when purchasing the kit, I aways purchase a 3-pack of butane too.
