How do I replace the old tin with the new one? Please advise.

If you mean literally...how does it come out of the case....I had to pry the old tin out with a metal fingernail file slid between the case and the tin. The case is magnetic so the tin sticks in there nicely but doesn't come out very easily.

Does the refill come with a sponge?

If you are simply ordering the refill, it does not come with a sponge.

I wear Gabriel cream beige foundation, would this go or would the light beige be better?

Do u wear true beige foundation? If so, then yes. If you wear the light beige foundation, go with the lighter powder. You can also try the actual colors for free at sprouts or Whole Foods 😉

Does this go on oily or matte on the skin?

The powder is a matte if applied as it is, and could make it a glossy effect if applied with water
