My aunt got a new blood pressure monitor, after 30 years with her last one, and it was the A&D brand. The cuff it comes with is too large for her frail arm, so I bought a generic small cuff and it would not work. Had to return it. Found this one with the same brand as the machine for just a few bucks more than the generic one. It comes with two adapters, and I needed to switch it to the other one. It was pretty darn hard to pull the adapter out. My aunt wouldn't have been able to do it. When I finally got it switched, it plugged right in and worked without a hitch. My aunt loves it, as it fits perfectly and she can comfortably wrap it around her arm.

The cuff arrived on the scheduled date. It works great. Had the numbers checked against the BP monitor at the doctor's office. It is being used by an adult who weighs 85 lbs. Will work well for more petite adults and kids.

I've found this is much more accurate than a new machine sold by one of the reputable manufacturers that I ended up returning. I'm glad I purchased this one.

Fits as advertised and hooked up to my existing monitor easily. Simple to switch between my small cuff and this medium for hubs.

It is a little bit hard to place correctly on the arm. It seems as if the top is too tight or the bottom is too loose since it is a rectangle. The oversized one I had before was too big, but it was in the shape of a trapezoid so it was easier to get the top and bottom the same tightness on the arm. Otherwise, it seems to work fine.

This cuff fits perfectly, as I measured my arm as directed and ordered accordingly. It seems to be of high quality, and works well. I believe I got very accurate readings with this cuff. It fits me better than the one-size-fits-all original cuff. I bought this replacement cuff to fit my Life Source 767 Plus monitor. One of the hose and attachments plugged into my Life Source 767 monitor perfectly. I recommend this replacement cuff, as long as the attachments will fit your make and model of monitor.
