Review: Great mop - Probably the best mop I’ve owned. Easy to use and fits under furniture I can’t lift. Very sturdy mop handle and came with many replacement pads. I love how clean the floors are after I use it.

I tried to install by left 1 poll out like it is the 50” and used it, it is very hard on my back even I’m 5’3” small. Pros: - easy to install and use. - clean hardwood floor very nicely. - the fabric clothes are in good condition for now. - very good absorption and wring out the water and dust or dirt with hair. Cons: - not sure which one is which one of clothe to use for what since it comes with 2 type of clothes.

**Q: The pad keeps coming off when mop inserted into bucket, why it doesn't work?**
A: NOTE! Please have a look on below instruction about how to attach pad, the three tabs-slots must be matched together, and ensure the pad firmly stuck on mop-head, so that avoid this problem!

**Q: Why the lid comes off when bucket lifted?**
A: It seems that there are two handles, but the larger one is the real lift-handle, the thinner one which printed LOCK is actually a lock that lock lid in the bucket. So just use the lift-handle to move the bucket so that the top lid won't come off!

**Q: What can I do if any accessories (include mop handle or cleaning cloth or mop-head) missed or broken?**

**Q: "Dirty" water flows into "Clean" water? —— Nope, the bucket only designs to separate "WASH" and "DRY" function!**
A: The design that the squeezed water goes back to the "WASH" side for two reasons: 1) Keep the DRY side empty to squeeze water properly; 2) Maintain the water level in WASH side for continuous times use until customers want get the water changed.

**Q: The mop-head is difficult to go inside into bucket, why?**
A: Fill water into WASH chamber and wet the mop firstly! The dry mop is certainly hard to insert. And it happens normally at first few times uses, please push down in some strength at beginning, also tilt mop at some angles maybe helpful.

The mob and busker are really great combo. luckily I purchased the 60” like others said. I tried to install by left 1 poll out like it is the 50” and used it, it is very hard on my back even I’m 5’3” small.
