Nutricost Pure GABA Powder 1 Bottle

I like the fact that this product has no additives and although silica sachet has been added it still clumps, but I don’t find this a problem. At first I didn’t feel GABA made any difference to my insomnia but after taking the powder for awhile it has definitely helped but I also use the L-Theanine from Nutricost. I still wake during the night and often take another scoop. I am also taking Ayurvedic capsules, magnesium and progesterone at night. The Nutricost products came after those other supplements that I’ve mentioned. It’s such a relief to have better sleep but I’m still affected by the new moon.

One of the very best supplements, I've ever tried!!

I have been using gaba for some time now to replicate a study done before using it post workout to enhance growth hormone; note this was theory since after gaba consumption post workout they had better muscle growth compared to those without. I have used gaba for about 30 days now; I usually run an upper lower split with no rest days. Heres what I have noticed: My recover is VERY noticibally faster, I have not needed any rest days despite doubling my usual volume for every upper lower day. I have seen a good amount of growth from it but I have noticed after intake a few hours after I have gotten really HUNGRY which does give inference that it would raise gh levels. I did originally take it before bed but it did not help with sleep rather make me wake up a couple of hours later sweating in bed. Note oral GABA does not work the same as the GABA nuerotransmitter in our brains since it is poorly absorbed rather the receptors in our gun sense it. I take it by mixing it with water in a post workout shake or just regular water if im going to have some meat after. I take 1 gram post workout
